With a strong background in staffing and high-volume hiring, Sherry has built a career around developing talent, leading teams, and executing large-scale initiatives with precision and impact. Known for her ability to balance compassion with performance, she brings both heart and strategy to her work—always focused on helping people and organizations thrive.
Sherry proudly calls Carroll home with her husband, Mark. She is a proud mom of three and grandmother to seven, and family is at the center of her life. Outside of work, Sherry enjoys spending time on the golf course, getting lost in a good book, and tending to her flowers. She also has a fun and unique collection of ducks that reflects her personality and sense of humor, along with a beloved chihuahua who keeps life entertaining at home. Sherry brings warmth, authenticity, and a deep commitment to serving others in everything she does—both professionally and personally.
